Painting tutorial for beginners using gesso to create textures in acrylic. In this tutorial you will learn on how to paint tree trunk with textures using gesso and palette knife in step by step easy and basic acrylic painting tutorial for beginners. In the process, you will need to add the gesso while it has no paint yet but you can also add it even if there is some background paints. Unlike the acrylic gels, you cannot mix gesso to paints if you want to create darker tones because it will lighten the color, it is possible only if you are mixing lighter colors. I painted this picture, remembering the summer, in my picture called «The playing sun» I showed all the juiciness of summer colors, in this picture you can see a lot of vegetation, in the background hilly terrain and many trees. A flying bird over a small river.
The sun is shining on the right side of the picture, and we can see how the rays of sunlight lie on the tops of the trees, the field is planted with many flowers and grass.

Last year I visited the same place as in my picture.
