To create a picture, you need a photo frame, cardboard, thick paper for drawing, acrylic and watercolor paints, glitter, one non-woven napkin for volume at snowdrifts, a deer chipboard, a wire garland on batteries, cardboard or wooden rulers for creating a deep frame.

Learn how to paint a rustic Christmas tree on wood using acrylics. This art tutorial is, step by step, and easy to follow, perfect for beginner artists. See the supply list and details below.

This video is a BONUS tutorial for PATRONS for Createful Christmas! I hope you enjoy the extra content. Thank you for making Createful Christmas possible.

This rustic evergreen tree looks great with rustic Christmas decor. Feel free to change this painting to fit your decor.

Supplies Needed:
1. Wood (palette wood, fence wood, weathered wood). The sizes of your wood may vary and does not need to be exact. Cut 5 pieces of wood. My sizes from top to bottom 4", 5", 6", 7.5", 9" ...you will also need one long piece of wood that is a little smaller than the length of all your pieces together to secure the pieces in the back.

Watch the video on how to prepare the wood and secure it as seen in my Beach tutorial in the first steps, link given below.

2. Wood glue

Little late with this project, was supposed to be last weeks. The project is turning a pinecone into two coffee measuring spoons. The cone was dried fully in the oven before casting into epoxy.
